Multiple Award Task Order Contract
Fairchild AFB, Spokane WA
Remcon completed multiple construction projects for Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington. These various projects included sports complex construction, structual work on aircraft hangars, construction on the bulk fueling communication station, and supervising fire suppression construction.
Salishan Point Housing Development
Pend Oreille, ID
Remcon completed construction of all civil and utility infrastructure, layout and construction of paved and marked roads, home and public common area site preparation, and construction of public common areas, including a beach area, shared gazebo, access bridge, and park bathrooms.
Revamp NASA Space Launch Complex #2
Vandenberg AFB, Santa Maria, CA
Remcon was contracted to completely revamp the space launch complex used by NASA at Vandenburg AFB. The scope of work for this project included dismantling existing infrastructure, and managing and completing installation of a new flame trench and water containment system for the launch pad.
Slurry Wall Replacement & Construction
Vandenberg AFB, Santa Maria, CA
Remcon personnel completed removal and replacement of a slurry at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The scope of work included the proper removal of the existing wall, and completing the consequent 160 foot replacement slurry wall. Keyed into the existing bedrock at depths of up to 42 feet deep, the slurry wall ensures groundwater protection.
Duwamish Turning Basin Salt Marsh Restoration
Tukwila, Washington
The scope of work for this project included Remcon personnel completing habitat restoration of this salt water marsh located in the puget sound area of Washington State. The project included all phases of habitat restoration, including experience with demolition, construction, site preparation, tidal work, and experience with dangerous materials.
